Refund eligibility

  • Unused points are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Ask from your account page or by email; the refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
  • Points that have been spent are not refundable, because the Service was delivered the moment the call completed.
  • Failed or interrupted calls are not charged. If a call was charged but the reply never arrived, tell us and we credit the points back.
  • There are no subscriptions. Points purchases do not renew automatically. You can stop purchasing points at any time.

Full and partial refunds

You may request a full refund of a points pack if, within 14 days of the purchase, none of those points have been spent. Partial packs are refunded pro rata for the unspent portion at the price you paid, provided the request is made within 14 days.

Automatic corrections

Our daily reconciliation compares every usage event with every wallet debit. If a debit has no matching completed call, the points are credited back automatically and you are notified in the console.

Disputed or unauthorized charges

If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can investigate and, if warranted, refund immediately. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may lead to account suspension while the dispute is resolved.

Account closure

When you close your account, unspent points purchased in the last 14 days are refunded on request; older unspent points are forfeited unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Request a refund

Email billing@harperharbor.com from the address on your account, or use the “Request refund” action on the purchase in your account page. Include the payment date and amount. We reply within 3 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
