Points purchases
A points pack is a prepaid credit on your HarperHarbor account. Points pay for AI conversation and card services on the platform at the rates displayed at the time of use. Points are delivered to your account; no physical goods are shipped.
Delivery
Points are credited to your wallet immediately after Stripe confirms the payment, and appear in your balance and in your transaction history within seconds. If your balance has not updated within 10 minutes, contact billing@harperharbor.com with the payment date and amount; we will locate the payment and credit the points manually.
Prices and currency
Packs are priced in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the price charged; taxes required by law are shown separately before you confirm. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee that we do not control.
Receipts
Stripe emails a receipt for every purchase. Receipts and a full transaction history are also available on your account page.
Restrictions
Points can be bought and used only by the account holder and cannot be transferred, resold or redeemed for cash. Purchases may be refused or reversed where required by sanctions or applicable law.
